within sixty (60) days of the date of the first publication, otherwise they may, by law, be excluded from all benefit of said estate.
Any person seeking to impeach or establish a Last Will and Testament must make a complaint with said Commission pursuant to and in accordance with the relevant sections of West Virginia Code Section 41-5-11 et seq. Any interested person objecting to the qualifications of the personal representative, or the venue or jurisdiction of the Estate must file their written objection with the said County Commission within 60 days after the date of first publication or 30 days of service of the Notice, whichever is later.
