U-51-16-1: Request of Café One Ten, by owner (Don Williams), a use permit as required by Section 1349.01, Subsection (E) to permit a restaurant, with ABC sales, at 110 West Main Street, Oak Hill. TAKE NOTICE, ALSO, that at the March 14th, 2016, meeting of the Oak Hill City Council at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Council will act on the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
