Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting at 10:00 am on November 18, 2021. Meeting to be held in the County Commission Room located in the Roane County Courthouse, 200 Main Street, Spencer, WV.
Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount by a solvent surety company authorized to do business in the State of West Virginia.

Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate.
Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.
