Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of December 2021, at 4:00 o’clock p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Whitney Kay Rockhold, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge Robert A. Waters, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Whitney Kay Rockhold to Whitney Kay Tennant At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice of publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his/her office.
