On November 15, 2021, at 11:00 A.M., in the Courtroom of the Hon. J. D. Beane, Judge, Wood County Circuit Court, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, West Virginia, the Wood County Board of Education will be seeking declarations and relief from the court regarding disposition of property located at the former Waverly Elementary School and Waverly Library. The specific declarations and relief sought are contained more fully in Wood County Circuit Court Civil Action No. 21-P-150. Accordingly, notice is hereby given to the heirs and assigns of Ernest J. Fauss, Sr., and Ernest J. Fauss, Jr., and to the heirs and assigns of James Prince Sharp that they may attend this November 15th hearing to address whether they have an interest in the proceedings. To be clear, this is the same matter that was previously noticed for a hearing on November 1, 2021, at 1:30 P.M.; that hearing was postponed to November 15, 2021, at 11:00 A.M.
