On or about September 21, 2021, B.B.N. the above-named child, was born to ELAINA NOLEN. It appearing that the Mother, ELAINA NOLEN, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown. Notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on JANUARY 3, 2022, at the hour of 11:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, ELAINA NOLEN, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, 4th CIRCUIT PUBLIC DEFENDER, 320 Juliana Street, Suite 101, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 699-3810.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, ELAINA NOLEN with respect of the above-named child B.B.N.
