On or about July 29, 2011 H.L.., and on or about June 14, 2013, B.L., the above-named children were born to TIMMY LEWIS. It appearing that the father, TIMMY LEWIS, of the above-named children’s whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on JANUARY 3, 2022, at the hour of 9:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, TIMMY LEWIS, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JEFF REED, located at 4420 Rosemar Center, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26104, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 917-3645.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, TIMMY LEWIS with respect of the above-named children, H.L. and B.L.
