It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Adult Respondent KRISTA MCCARTY, whereabouts unknown, is hereby ORDERED to serve upon STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA, plaintiff, whose address is PO BOX 800, Ripley, West Virginia 25271, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before December 22, 2021 at 3:00 p.m., if you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
