It appearing that counsel for Petitioners has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of the Respondents, Joshua Mercer and Olivia Duvall, but has been unable to do so, and the Petitioners have represented that they have no knowledge of the Respondents’ last known mailing address and the same is unknown to the Petitioners, it is hereby ordered that the Respondents serve upon Victoria G. Camardi, Petitioners’ attorney, whose address is 307 Rock Cliff Drive, Martinsburg, WV 25401, a response to the Petition for Guardianship filed in this action on or before the expiration of thirty (30) days after this publication. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
Copies of said Petition for Guardianship and the Temporary Order of
Appointment of Minor Guardian are filed at The Office of the Circuit Clerk, Jefferson County, 119 North George Street, Charles Town, WV 25414.
A hearing in this matter has been set for
December 17, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at the Jefferson County Circuit Court,
119 North George Street, Charles Town, WV 25414. Said hearing may be reset without further notice or publication.
