NOTICE
In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 5, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Berkeley County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the public comments on the following projects:

The project is located on the northeast quadrant of Route 9 and Celtic Drive, adjacent to the ROCS Convenience Store, in the Hedgesville Tax District. This project proposes the development of an over the road box trailer/ equipment storage facility, on approximately 9.46 acres. No water or sewer are proposed. File # 2110-375

The project is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Joshua Drive and Route 11, in the Opequon Tax District. This project proposes the development of 6 multi-family buildings
(72 units), on approximately 3.68 acres, to be served by public water and sewer.

The project is located in Tabler Station Square-Lot 12 on Technology Drive West, in the Arden Tax District. This project proposes the development of a 2,902 sq.ft. bank with asphalt parking area and Stormwater management facility, on approximately 1.24 acres, to be served by public water and sewer. The PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Monday, December 6, 2021, in the Planning Commission Chambers, 400 West Stephen Street, in the
City of Martinsburg at 6:00 p.m. All persons and agencies having an interest on said plats are invited to participate in this hearing and make their comments known. In the event that an unforeseen circumstance would cause the Planning Commission to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of Monday, December 20, 2021 will be utilized.
