A Public Hearing for the Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled for Tuesday, December 7, 2021 in Weirton Room, Milsop Community Center, 4:30 P.M. The purpose of this regular meeting is to review the following applications:
Old Business
a) Cora Childers, 3638 Lindberg Way, requests a variance to permit a 15 ft by 10 ft Parking Pad. The City of Weirton Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) section 13.5 requires parking pads be 10 ft by 20 feet in size (Tax Map W42R, Parcel 0252, R-2 Medium Density)

Applicants must appear in person; all interested parties may appear in person or be represented by agent or attorneys or submit comments in writing giving reasons for either granting or denying this petition.
