DESIGN SERVICES
ELKINS RIVERFRONT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
SUBMISSIONS DUE: 2 P.M., TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2021
Notice is hereby given that the City of Elkins will retain a qualified landscape architecture, design, and/or engineering firm to a conceptual site design plan for the Elkins Riverfront Development project. The activities include working with the riverfront task force and city leaders to gather input, to complete an approved multiuse site design incorporating the input, developing a project phasing plan with associated initial cost estimates.
Qualified firms are invited to submit a Statement of Interest and Qualifications outlining their experience and qualifications. Proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 30, 2021. Submissions will not be accepted after the stated closing date and time.
The City of Elkins reserves the right to (1) Reject and or all submissions deemed incomplete or unsuitable for the City’s needs and to (2) select the proposal which is deemed to be in the best interest of the City after the review process is complete. Small, minority, and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal.
