The Elkins Board of Zoning Appeals will meet in the office of the Elkins Municipal Court, of city hall, at 5 p.m. on Tuesday November 30, 2021, to hear and consider your appeal to permit construction of a 190′ Tower on property at 5-1/2 Eleventh St. The construction proposed would encroach upon the Height for Industrial Zoned Property. Zoning law requires that, in Industrial Zoned Districts structures have a 150-foot Height Limit. The identifying number assigned to your appeal is BZA 210232.
You or any other party affected by the proposed construction may appear and be heard by the Board as to the merits of your appeal.
