Randolph County Housing Authority (RCHA) has completed a draft of its Move To Work (MTW) Supplement to RCHA’s Annual Plan for 2022 in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. It is available for review between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Monday through Thursday at the RCHA office located at 2280 Randolph Avenue, Elkins, WV. A public hearing will be held December 8, 2021 at the housing office at 1:00 p.m. RCHA administers housing assistance in Barbour, Lewis, Pendleton, Randolph, Tucker and Upshur Counties.
