It is hereby ordered that, WAYNE ALAN PARRILL,, Respondent, serve upon JOANN MARIE PARRILL, Petitioner, whose address is 1334 St. Mary’s Avenue Parkersburg, WV 26101, answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before JANUARY 3, 2022.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
