On or about March 30, 2011, Z.S. the above-named child, was born to MERRI TIBBS. On or about February 6, 2012, A.S., the above-named child, was born to MERRI TIBBS. It appearing that the Father, THOMAS STOOPS, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on DECEMBER 13, 2021, at the hour of 1:30 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable J.D. Beane, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Fourth Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, THOMAS STOOPS, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, WELLS DILLON ATTORNEY AT LAW, 1300 MARKET ST., PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 424-3450.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, THOMAS STOOPS, with respect of the above-named children, Z.S. and A.S.
