Notice of Intent to
Demolish Structures
By the City of Weirton
By the order of the City of Weirton’s Building Enforcement Agency; the following structures are scheduled for demolition on or after December 291, 2021;
1) 3905 Adams St. Weirton, Brooke County, West Virginia, Tax map W2M, Parcel #
0191 (Two Story Residential Story Structure). To all parties, this will also serve as notice to remove any possessions or initiate any legal actions prior to December 29, 2021.
2) 4329 Brooke St, Weirton, Brooke County, West Virginia, Tax map W2L, Parcel #
0334 (Detached Garage). To all parties, this will also serve as notice to removed any possessions or initiate any legal actions prior to December 29, 2021.
