The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.

It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that MICHAEL JOSEPH DOYLE, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, MICHAEL JOSEPH DOYLE, Respondent, serve upon ANDREA MAY MCCOY, Petitioner, C/O CELESTE RIDGWAY, CIRCUIT CLERK whose address is #2 GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before JANUARY 3, 2022.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
