PUBLIC NOTICE
Please take notice that on the 17th day of March, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Charter Central, LLC, for a variance from Schedule 5-A: To reduce the front yard setback from 10′ to 0′. Purpose of Request: To construct a new building.
The property is described as follows:

An irregular parcel of land in the area of the City of Wheeling known as Woodsdale, abutting and adjoining the southeasterly line of the National Road (U. S. Route 40), also known as 770 National Road, and having a frontage on said National Road of three hundred fifty (350) feet, and lying between said southeasterly line of the National Road and the center of Woods Run, the easterly line of said property being one hundred sixty-two (162) feet in depth, and the southwesterly line being approximately forty- one (41) feet in depth.

More commonly known as 770 National Road.
