The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that JAMES EDWARD BILES, JR., is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, JAMES EDWARD BILES, JR. Respondent, serve upon HOPE LORAINE BILES, Petitioner, whose address is 4039 Loomis Ridge Rd., Parkersburg, WV 26104, answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before JANUARY 13, 2022.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
