AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that the Fiesta Tableware Company has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Department of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Update permit application for a de minimis emission modification at our facility located at 672 Fiesta Drive, in Newell, Hancock County, West Virginia. The proposed modification also calls for a revision of the pressure differential limit range for the No. 8 Spray Booth control device t make it more-representative of our operation. There are no proposed equipment modifications or production increases under this amendment.
The latitude and longitude coordinates for the facility are: latitude 40.620593 degrees and longitude 80.607550 degrees.
The applicant estimates the modified potential to emit from the proposed project as follows:
