Notice is hereby given that the Plaintiff herein instituted a civil action against The Sweeney Keystone Trust Agreement, dated March 26, 2010, in the case styled herein. The suit seeks to determine that the Plaintiff, Kathryn Paoloemilio, be named as Successor Trustee of The Sweeney Keystone Trust Agreement dated March 26, 2010, and all assets of The Sweeney Keystone Trust Agreement, dated March 26, 2010, including,but not limited to, real estate located at 129 Victor Street, Weirton, Hancock County, West Virginia, be deemed to be assets of the Estate of Margaret T. Sweeney. The Heirs and Beneficiaries of The Sweeney Keystone Trust Agreement dated March 26, 2010, if any, are required to appear within one month after the date of the first publication of this Notice to Appear and do what is necessary to protect their interest in this matter.
This order shall be published once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks.
