Rule 30C application to adjust purchased gas costs.
NOTICE OF HEARING
On July 30, 2021, Hope Gas, Inc., dba Dominion Energy West Virginia (Hope) filed an application with the Commission to increase its purchased gas rate increment pursuant to Rule 14.2 (Historical Rule 30-C) of the Commission’s Tariff Rules. Hope requested increased purchased gas increments representing an increase of $0.510 per Mcf.
By an Order issued on October 20, 2021, the Commission approved purchased gas rates, on an interim basis only, representing an increase of $0.487 per Mcf for all service on and after November 1, 2021.
The Commission has rescheduled the hearing previously set to begin on February 17, 2021 to begin on February 24, 2022, and to continue on February 25, 2022, if necessary. The hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the Howard M. Cunningham Hearing Room at the Commission’s offices at 201 Brooks Street, Charleston, West Virginia.
