On or about March 9, 2010, C.N. the above-named child, was born to DANYALE WHITED. It appearing that the Father of C.N., ADAM JEFFREY, whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on JANUARY 24, 2022, at the hour of 10:00 o’clock A.M. before the Honorable Jason A. Wharton, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Second Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, ADAM JEFFREY, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JOHN OSHOWAY, ATTORNEY AT LAW, P.O. Box 4185, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 377-2499.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, ADAM JEFFREY with respect of the above-named child C.N.
