On or about May 23, 2007, S.T., the above-named child was born to MELINDA TEMPLE. On or about November 3, 2004, D.T., the above-named child was born to MELINDA TEMPLE. It appearing that the Mother, MELINDA TEMPLE, of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on JANUARY 24, 2022, at the hour of 1:15 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, MELINDA TEMPLE, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, JESSICA MYERS, PO BOX 287, PARKERSBURG, WV 26102, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 485-3600.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, MELINDA TEMPLE, with respect of the above-named children, S.T. and D.T.
A copy of the Petition may be obtained by the Mother, from the undersigned Clerk at the office, located at the Wood County Judicial Building, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
