IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 8A, ARTICLE 24 OF THE CODE OF WEST VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED, AND THE PARKERSBURG ZONING ORDINANCE A-2530 AS ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 27, 1973, THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING AT 6:30 P.M., ON JANUARY 19, 2022, IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS ON THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE PARKERSBURG MUNICIPAL BUILDING, ONE GOVERNMENT SQUARE, PARKERSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA, TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING APPEALS:
1. Applicant/Owner: Gary Wayne Bennett, unnumbered
address on the lot next to 817 Lenore Street
Requesting a variance to install a 28 x 60 modular home on vacant lot, Map 14 Parcel K, in an R-3 District.
2. Applicant/Owner: Dawn Hall, 2109 10th Avenue
Requesting a variance to relocate her business from 2209 Camden Avenue to 2109 10th Avenue, in an
R-3 District.
3. Applicant/Owner: Bryan K. Ash, 2409 Beverly St
Requesting a variance to utilize an existing garage on
lot for personal use, and to have a 50 sq ft variance
for the lot size, in an R-2 District. Will add on
an addition for sleeping room if required by the Board
to do so.
4. Applicant/ Kayla Brock and Owner: Homer Dunn,
22 Edgewood Park Drive
Requesting a variance to place a 16x 20 two story playhouse in a side yard at 22 Edgewood Park Drive, in an R-2 District.
