On or about October 28, 2021, J.M. and I.M. the above-named children were born to MICHELE MAYHEW. It appearing that the Father, DARREN PETTY, of the above-named children’s whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on FEBRUARY 14, 2022, at the hour of 3:00 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, Judge, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, DARREN PETTY, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, ERIC POWELL, ATTORNEY AT LAW, 500 GREEN ST., PARKERSBURG, WV 26102 has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at 304-422-6555.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, DARREN PETTY, with respect to the above-named children, J.M. and I.M.
