Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of February, 2022, at 4:00 o’clock p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner, Petitioner, Cory Reynolds, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, before Judge Robert A. Waters for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Cory Reynolds to Cory Smith. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
