Notice is hereby given that the above Petition for Transfer of Guardianship by PETER A. STEFANSKY, SR. and JANICE L. STEFANSKY on behalf of MARIA LYNN STEFANSKY, a minor was filed; which will be brought before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge, on the 1st Day of March, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. at the
Hancock County Courthouse,

New Cumberland, WV 26047.
And it appearing that the identification of the Respondent and Natural Father of MARIA LYNN STEFANSKY, a minor, is unknown, it is ordered that Respondent does serve upon Petitioners’ attorney, Daniel P. Taylor, Esq., whose address is

Weirton, West Virginia, 26062,
an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before thirty (30) days after first publication hereof, otherwise the matter will be set for hearing and Guardians will be appointed by the Court for MARIA LYNN STEFANSKY, a minor. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office. It is further ordered that this Order be published once a week for two (2) successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Hancock County, West Virginia
