MARTINSBURG BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 8, Section 11 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Martinsburg Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the public comment on the following:

APPEAL:
The property is located at 704 Winchester Ave. and identified on Berkeley County Tax Map 17
Parcel 97.
The applicant is
requesting an administrative appeal pursuant to Martinsburg Zoning
Ordinance to have a
tobacco and vape shop at 704 Winchester Ave.

VARIANCE: The property is located at the 403 Woodbury Ave. and identified on Berkeley County Tax Map 7 Parcel 11.1. The applicant is requesting a variance pursuant to Martinsburg Zoning
Ordinance Figure 3-2 to lot size width and depth. Case #2021-34-V.

A hearing will be held on the proposed special
exception on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at
6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 232 N. Queen Street,
Martinsburg, West
Virginia. In the event that an unforeseen
circumstance would cause the Board of Zoning
Appeals to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of Tuesday, March 1, 2022 will be utilized.
