On or about August 19, 2020, A.B., the above-named child was born to HANNAH BRANNON. It appearing that the Mother, HANNAH BRANNON, of the above-named child whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on JANUARY 31, 2022, at the hour of 1:30 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Mother, HANNAH BRANNON, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if she cannot afford legal representation, 4TH CIRCUIT PUBLIC DEFENDER’S OFFICE, 320 JULIANA STREET, SUITE 101, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 699-3810.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Mother, HANNAH BRANNON, with respect of the above-named child, A.B.
