To all creditors of Aurelia C. Zane, deceased, including those holding liens by judgment or otherwise on her real estate, or any part thereof.
In pursuance of a decree of the Circuit Court, of the County of Ohio, made in a cause therein pending, to subject the real estate of the said Aurelia C. Zane to the payment of her debts, including those which are liens on such real estate, or any part of it, you are hereby required to present your claims to the undersigned for adjudication, at 1217 Chapline Street, P.O. Box 390, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003, on or before the 27th day of April, 2016; otherwise you may by law be excluded from all benefit of such real estate.
