Wood County Schools will be accepting bids for the Jefferson Elementary School HVAC Improvement project. Work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Demolish and removal of existing HVAC systems per the contract documents. Install new HVAC systems and associated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and General Trades work as specified in the contract documents to support the new HVAC systems. Bidding documents are available at www.pickeringplanroom.com. Documents can be downloaded for free or hard copies can be ordered for the cost of printing. A mandatory Prebid meeting will be held at Jefferson Elementary School on January 26, 2022 at 10:00 am. Bids will be due at 1:00 PM on February 14, 2022 at the Wood County Schools Board Office located at 1210 13th Street, Parkersburg, WV, at which time and place there will be a public bid opening. The contractor and its subcontractors shall comply with provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act and Related Acts. There are bonding requirements for this project.
