NOTICE OF SPECIAL COMMISSIONERS HEARING
To all the creditors of the Estate of Bonnie Proscia and the above named parties, including those holding liens by judgement or otherwise on its real estate, or any part thereof.
In pursuance of a decree of the Circuit Court, of Wood County, made in a cause therein pending, to subject the real estate of the Estate of Bonnie Proscia to the payment of its debts, including those which are liens on such real estate, or any part of it, you are hereby required to present your claims to the undersigned for adjudication, as set forth below by the hearing date set forth below, otherwise you may by law be excluded from all benefit of such real estate
Please take notice that Robert K. Tebay, III, the Special Commissioner appointed herein will conduct a hearing on the 23rd day of February, 2022 at 10 am., at his offices at 331 Juliana Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia to determine the liens and priorities thereof attaching to the real estate of the Estate of Bonnie Proscia under the provisions of West Virginia Code 44-8-8, at which time and place you may be present to present your claim(s).
