PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE
In accordance with Chapter 8A, Article 5, Section 8 of the Code of West Virginia 2004, as amended, the Berkeley County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the public comments on the following projects:

APPROVAL:
Chem-Pak, Inc.: The site is located on the north side of Corning Way (WV RT. 11/21), approximately 1200′ of its intersection with Winchester Avenue (US RT. 11), in the Arden Tax District. The project proposes a 25,000 sq. ft. addition (Ph. I) and a
future 55,000 sq. ft.
addition, a 6,400 sq. ft.
office addition, and
additional parking (Ph. II), on approximately 21 acres, to be served by public water and sewer. File # 2110-399
The PUBLIC HEARING will be held on Monday, February 7, 2022, in the Planning Commission Chambers, 400 West Stephen Street, in the City of Martinsburg at 6:00 p.m. All persons and agencies having an interest on said plats are invited to participate in this hearing and make their comments known. In the event that an unforeseen circumstance would cause the Planning Commission to cancel the scheduled meeting, a back-up public hearing date of Tuesday February 22, 2022 will be utilized.
