Notice of Intent to Demolish
Structures By the City of Weirton
By the order of the City of Weirton s Building Enforcement Agency; the following structures are scheduled for demolition on or after February 24 h , 2022;
1) 323 Pennsylvania Ave., Weirton, Hancock County, West Virginia, Tax map W38S, Parcel # 068 (One- and One-Half Story Residential Story Structure). To all parties, this will also serve as notice to remove any possessions or initiate any legal actions prior to February 24, 2022.
