On or about February 5, 2021, R.W. and H.W., the above-named children were born to MEGAN BARON. It appearing that the Father, ROBIN HELTON/UNKNOWN of the above-named children whereabouts are unknown, notice is hereby given that a hearing is scheduled in the above-styled matter on FEBRUARY 18, 2022, at the hour of 2:00 o’clock P.M. before the Honorable Robert A. Waters, located at the Judicial Annex, Third Floor, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia.
These proceedings are closed to the general public.
The Father, ROBIN HELTON/UNKNOWN, has the right to legal counsel at every stage of these proceedings and if he cannot afford legal representation, JOHN OSHOWAY, 3617 CYPRESS ST., PARKERSBURG, WV 26104, has been appointed by the Court and can be reached at (304) 377-2499.
The above-styled proceeding may, upon final disposition result in the permanent termination of the parental rights of the Father, ROBIN HELTON/UNKNOWN, with respect of the above-named children, R.W. and H.W.
