The object of the above-entitled action is a Complaint for Declaratory Judgment concerning surplus levy funds relating to Hancock County’s animal shelter.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that there are or may be persons, other than those named in the complaint as defendant, interested in the subject matter of the action, whose name(s) are unknown to the plaintiff and who are made defendant(s) by the general description of unknown defendants; it is ordered that any such unknown defendants do serve upon Michael W. Lucas III, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Hancock County, West Virginia, plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 924, New Cumberland, WV 26047, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before thirty (30) days after first publication hereof, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against said unknown defendants at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office. It is further ordered that this order be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Hancock County, West Virginia.
