THE CITY OF WEIRTON, WEST VIRGINIA, REQUESTS
PROPOSALS FOR PLANNING CONSULTING SERVICES FOR ITS CDBG AND OTHER
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS FOR FY 2022 – 2026
The City of Weirton, West Virginia is seeking proposals from qualified planners and/or planning and community development consulting firms to provide professional services for the planning and implementation of the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and other community development activities for a five (5) year period. The specific services requested by the City of Weirton are detailed in the RFP-2022. A copy of the RFP document may be obtained from the City of Weirton, Development Department, 200 Municipal Plaza, Weirton, WV, 26062, or by calling (304) 797-8500, Ext. 1020 during normal business hours.
The deadline for submission of proposals is 4:00 P.M. prevailing time, on February 11, 2022, in the offices of the City of Weirton, Development Department, 200 Municipal Plaza, Weirton, WV 26062.
Each proposal will be rated and ranked in accordance with the following criteria:
Qualifications and Experience of consultant 0-60 points
Stability of Staff and Management 0-20 points
Previous experience/work in the City of Weirton 0-15 points
Small, Minority, & Women Enterprise Participation 0-5 points
Maximum Points 100 points
