The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that AARON MATTHEW HESS, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, AARON MATTHEW HESS, Respondent, serve upon SARA MARIE HESS, Petitioner whose address is 25 Westview Way, Parkersburg, WV 26101 an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before MARCH 7, 2022.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
