1. The object of this suit is to obtain an adoption of the child and total surrender of rights from the natural father.
To Unknown father:
It appearing that the identity of the father of a child born to AMANDA ASHTON BOYD on the 6th day of November, 2012, is unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that any person believing that they may be the father of the said child or any other interested person shall serve upon THEODORE DAVITIAN, Petitioner’s attorney, whose address is 420 Market Street, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the Petition filed in this action on or before March 3, 2022. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trail, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
