Notice of Request for
Qualifications
The City of Weirton is requesting qualifications for a qualified professional firm to assist in the initiation of the City of Weirton’s Residential Rental Property Inspection Program pursuant to City of Weirton Ordinance No. 2084 and as modified pursuant to Court Order. Said initiation is to include the establishment of the program’s requirements and educational materials thereon; the supplementation of the property – owner database; baseline or initial inspections of residential properties subject to said ordinance; administrative operations related to scheduling and tracking; and annual or periodic maintenance inspections of properties included within the City of Weirton’s Residential Rental Property Inspection Program.
