Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of February 2022, at 9:30 o’clock ap.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Petitioner(s), Jamie Nutter and Terrence Francisco, will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Wood County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing his/her child’s name from Brianna Elizabeth Francisco to Tobin Miles Francisco. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
