The Object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
To the Above-Named Respondent:
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that CLYDE JULIUS TYLER, is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address.
It is hereby ordered that, CLYDE JULIUS TYLER Respondent, serve upon DESERE NICOLE TYLER, Petitioner, whose address is 1968 Princeton St., Parkersburg, WV 26101, answer, including any related counter claim or defense you have to the petition filed in this action on or before MARCH 14, 2022.
If you fail to do so, thereafter, judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
