The object of the above entitled action is to obtain judgment in the amount of $1625.00 plus court cost and interest from the date of judgment against the defendant(s).
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that the defendant was not served, either personall or by way of service upon an appropriate family member after service was twice by sheriff of the county in which the defendant resides or is located.
It is ordered that DSJMS Properties do serve upon Magistrate Waters, magistrate whose address is 401 2nd Street Suite 12 Parkersburg WV 26101, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 7, 2022, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against DSJMS Properties at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
