Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of March, 2022, at 9:00 o’clock, a.m.,or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, Petitioner Shonnette Ann Biller will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, before the Honorable Judge David H. Wilmoth, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Shonnette Ann Biller to Shonnette Ann Schoonover. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
