Notice is hereby given that on the 1st of March, 2022, at 9:00 o’clock, a.m., or as soon thereafter as the mater can be heard, Petitioner, Sophie Marie Evix will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Randolph County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by said Court, changing Petitioner’s name from Sophie Marie Evix to Kevin Maxwell Stuart Evix. At which time any interested party may appear and be heard, if they so desire. Further, said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
