It appearing that the plaintiff, West Virginia Central Federal Credit Union, has filed suit against you seeking a money judgment against you in connection with a loan made on or about July 2, 2019, the balance of which, as of February 2, 2022, was the sum of Five Thousand Four Hundred Eighteen and seventy-one hundredths Dollars ($5,418.71), plus additional pre-judgment interest at the contract rate of 5.15% per annum through the date of judgment and the costs of litigation, and has exercised due diligence to ascertain your whereabouts without effect. You must appear and defend this action on or before thirty (30) days following the date that this notice is initially published in the newspaper or else judgment by default will be rendered against you at any time thereafter. Any response to the COMPLAINT must be filed with the Clerk of this Court and served upon counsel for the plaintiff, Andrew C. Woofter, III, at 2104 Dudley Avenue, Parkersburg, West Virginia 26101. You may obtain a copy of the COMPLAINT from the Clerk of this Court.
