INVITATION FOR BIDS
Owner: Upshur-Buckhannon Board of Health
Separate sealed bids for the RENOVATION TO THE UPSHUR-BUCKHANNON HEALTH DEPARTMENT, Buckhannon, WV will be received at the office of the Upshur-Buckhannon County Health Department, ATTN Susan H. McKisic, 15 North Locust Street, Buckhannon, WV 26201 until 3:00 PM, LPT, Thursday, April 7, 2022, and then, at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.
Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Architect, WYK Associates, Inc.

Printed copies are available from Clarksburg Blueprint Co., 302 Duff Avenue, Clarksburg, WV at 304-623-5702 or [email protected] at cost to the Contractor for the printing and shipping/handling.
The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and other contract documents may be examined at the following:

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
Pursuant to the West Virginia Contractor Licensing Act, all contractors must include their License number on the Form of Proposal.
No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 PM LPT, on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at the Project Site located at 15 North Locust Street, Buckhannon, WV 26201. The scope and details of the proposed work will be reviewed. Attendance by a representative of each prospective bidder is Mandatory.
