Sealed bids will be received by the City of Belington at the City Hall located at 45 S. Crim Ave, PO Box 926 Belington WV 26250 until 10:00 AM Thursday March 17 to install 1008 – 5/8″ X 3/4″, 5 – 1 1/2″, 15 – 1″, 10 – 2″, 1 – 6″, radio read type water meters, and the drilling of water meter cover lids for the installation of antennas. The City of Belington reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. The City shall ensure to the fullest extent possible that positive efforts are made to utilize small businesses, including those in rural areas, minority-owned firms, and women-owned business enterprises. The City will not discriminate against any interested individual or company on the grounds of race, creed, color, sex, handicap, or national origin in the award of the contract.
